Independent Study is designed to respond to the pupil's unique educational
needs, interests, aptitudes, and abilities within the confines of
legal authority and school board policy.

Long-term Independent Study is a form of education that is voluntarily chosen, and a classroom option is available should you choose to no longer participate in Independent Study. The program is for a complete trimester unless approved by the Independent Study teacher and school administration.
